Arthur Windley started his Fairground about 40 years ago after buying five scratch built Rides from Keys. He spent some time restoring these before realising that he could make similar Rides himself. The collection now boasts thirty Rides, nearly all working, with lights and music. There are also three Organs including one with Fairground front.
Each of the Rides are about 22" wide x 22" tall including three abreast Gallopers, a Cake Walk, a Switchback, a Big Wheel and two others that were engineer built.
The Fairground has been seen on local television on several occasions.
The collection is being offered as one Lot.

Keys are proud to be supporting the charity Help for Heroes throughout 2010. Help for Heroes was set up in October 2007 with the aim of doing something practical for those men and women who are injured whilst serving our country. They are strictly non-political and simply want to help those injured in conflict.
We will be fundraising throughout the year by holding a number of sponsored events and valuation days - all support is gratefully appreciated!
