How do I bid online?
The Keys Auctions website allows you to leave bids. To utilise this feature you will need
an account with us. You can sign up for an account by clicking on `My Account`.
Once you have created an account with us and activated it (this is to verify your email address), you can browse our catalogues
and leave a maximum bid amount for that lot, and we will bid up to that figure for you. We will endeavour to purchase as cheaply as any reserves or other room/commission bidders allow.
Once you have left a bid, you can view the bids you have left in the `My Account` section of the site (after logging in). Please note that once you have placed a bid, any alterations you wish to make should be directed towards
bids@aylshamsalerooms.co.uk,we will endeavour to accommodate any changes you wish to make.
After each sale we will notify you of the lots you have bid for by email, stating how much each lot went for, and if successful, the amount which needs to be paid to us. Please arrange payment and collection within seven days of sale. You may pay over the phone with a debit or most credit cards. Payments with debit cards are free, whereas payments with a credit card incur a 2.35% (inc vat) surcharge on total bill. The telephone number to call is (01263) 733195.
