Packaging and Posting
Keys are happy to provide a packing and postage service for Items purchased at Aylsham Salerooms. Our charges are £5 inc VAT for every 1/4 Hour (minimum £5) packing and the postage at cost.
We ship packages through the following methods:
- Post (Parcelforce) (no insurance)
- Personal Courier
LONDON ONLY (reccomended for expensive/fragile lots, arranged by customer)
- Royal Mail Special Delivery (this includes compensation for lost or broken items. Max compensation is £2,500, max weight is 10kg and size limit of 24"x18"). For further information please ring Royal Mail on 0845 7950950 or via internet

Please Note that we are no longer able to provide insurance cover for items to be sent through the post or by carrier that are of a fragile nature such as porcelain, glass, pictures etc as we have encountered some problems with carriers regarding fragile items. Items of a more solid nature i.e. books etc insurance cover can be provided if required.
If you are able to provide your own insurance cover, we will gladly post the items to you but will need confirmation in writing from you. If you wish us to send the item without insurance at your own risk, we will also need instructions in writing from you. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Prior to sending the items to you, we require that you fill in and sign a disclaimer form, these are available to
download online. Feel free to fill these in and send via email, fax or post (
