VALUATION SERVICES
Valuations for sale purposes are usually free of charge, if selling with Keys.
- We are pleased to carry out valuations for Probate, Insurance, Matrimonial and Family Division purposes at agreed hourly rates.
- Valuations can be carried out at the Salerooms or customers Homes or premises.

COLLECTION SERVICES
We run our own collection service. Our collection charge is currently £40 perhour + VAT (Lorry + 2 Men). Please contact our Transport Manager,
David Gould direct on 01263 732225 for further details.
- Reserves can be placed on your Lots by agreement (without charge).
- First Sale, reserves are subject to 10% discretion.
- Second Sale, reserves are reduced by 20%.
- Third or subsequent Sales, no reserve.
- We regret we are unable to offer for sale post 1950s soft furnishings unless bearing Fire Regulation Requirement label.
- All Lots are included on our website and associated trade websites, including Antiques Trade Gazette.
- Illustrated Catalogues are produced for each of our Fine Art Sales. Vendors will receive a copy of the catalogue and advice slip prior to sale (consignments of £100 and above). NOTE: Advice slips only on re-sales.
- Details of sold/unsold Lots and cheques are usually sent 14 days after sale (subject to all vendors Lots having been paid for).
