Telephone & Emailed Requests for Images and/or Condition Reports

At Keys, we try our best to provide emailed images and condition reports in advance of our major sales, where this service is provided as a benefit to the customer.

However, we respectively ask that any such requests be made whenever possible at least 48 hours before the commencement of a sale. Due to time constraints near to the start of our sales, we cannot always meet late requests within this period. Images and condition reports can not usually be sent when recieved after 5pm the day before the sale, and on the on the morning of the sale itself. Thank you in advance for your co-operation.

Please note: All Condition Reports are given to the best of our ability but are a general idea only and are not guaranteed. No returns will be accepted and no warranty is implied or given on the basis of any condition sent via email, fax or telephone.

Prospective purchasers must satisfy themselves that any lot they may be interested in is in suitable condition for their purposes.
