Artist’s resale rights (Droit de Suite) in addition to our normal Buyer’s Premium of 17.5% + VAT, a commission of 4% (No VAT) will be payable on resale works of qualifying artists, for a period of up to 70 years after their death, on pictures making over one thousand Euros (payable in Sterling at the rate applicable on the day of the sale); such Lots are marked with an ‘*’, this will be payable by the purchaser of the picture.
