Sir Daniel Lascelles (1902-1967), Mountainous ranges (believed to be Afganistan), Trio of watercolours, two signed and dated 1952 and 1954, mounted, unframed (3) Foxing throughout.

Note: Lascelles became British Ambassador to Ethiopia, Afganistan and Japan. His service in Afganistan (53-57) would cover the above date of origin. It could be probable these are sketches from his tour.
