After John Sell Cotman (British,1782-1842), 'South side of the South Gate, Yarmouth', pencil on paper, bears ink title and signature in another hand. These overwrite a partially erased pencil number 22, lower left, and undeciphered characters (possible signature), lower right. Attributed as a close pupil copy, with minor differences of a sepia wash drawing in Norwich Castle Museum, numbered 1677 for the Circulating Collection. 22x28cm, framed and glazed.
