Items still on-site after 7 days will be subject to storage fees of £5.00 + VAT per day, per invoice. These must be settled before lots can be released.
If the hammer price is reached in these fees, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and any paid monies will be forwarded to the original vendor and become non-refundable.
