An exquisite scrap album, titled 'VISIT OF MY WIFE AND MYSELF TO INDIA, PAKISTAN AND CEYLON, ACCOMPANIED BY SIR ROBERT AND LADY BIGNOLD, OCT 1948 - FEB 1949'. Maker unknown, but bookplate for W W Williamson to front pastedown. A wonderful collage of photographs, pictures, watercolours, newspaper/magazine clippings, hotel and travel ephemera, postcards etc charting the voyage from Bombay - Karachi - Delhi - New Delhi - Agra - Calcutta - Madras - Ceylon - Aden.

We reserve the right to charge your registered card if payment is not received within these terms.
Items still on-site after 7 days will be subject to storage fees of £5.00 + VAT per day, per invoice. These must be settled before lots can be released.
If the hammer price is reached in these fees, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and any paid monies will be forwarded to the original vendor and become non-refundable.
